Our hiring process
We know that looking for the perfect job can be arduous and not always rewarding, so we take every single application very seriously. We go through all CVs that make it to our inbox and always reach out to all applicants, whether we think they are a good fit or not. If we believe you are a good candidate for Nommon, we will ask you to participate in our hiring process, which normally consists of:
- A personal interview (~1 hour): we want to learn whether you share our values. We also want to give you the opportunity to learn more about us, ask any questions you may have, and decide if the position we are offering is the right fit for you.
- A technical interview (~3 hours): we want to see if you have what we believe it takes to work at Nommon. We want to understand how you think and how you code, and assess your ability to tackle and solve complex technical challenges.
